Chicken Dinner Cruise

A great way to spend a gloomy March day was a cruise to Villa Ridge Missouri for an all you can eat Chicken Dinner. Our crew met at the McDonald’s on Clarkson Road for our afternoon trip to Franklin County. As we usually do, we take the scenic route and spent about an hour getting to our destination. As usual, the parking lot at the St. John’s Gildehaus Church was packed. The event always draws a large crowd and this year was no exception. Even with the crowd, they were able to seat us without much of a wait. Many of our member brought out their classic or show cars and we had about 40 members and family with 17 cars in our caravan. These events don’t just happen as our routes are always planned and driven in advance. We thank Dennis and Debbie McBee for their work on this club points event.
